The most commonly overlooked cause of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is soft tissue--muscles.  Muscles tend to become involved when posture is poor or the head of a person is &quot;forward.&quot;  The whole body gets involved when the cause is a vitamin deficiency.

Getting a strong back side and stretching/relaxing the muscles in the front of the body can give a lot of relief from CTS and other pain.  Thank you for a thoughtful article.</description>
